PacketFabric, Unitas Global Complete Merger Effort

Culver City-based PacketFabric and Unitas Global said they have completed an earlier announced merger. Both companies provide enterprise network services for the enterprise market. Financial details of the merger deal were not announced. PacketFabric said it is backed by Digital Alpha Advisors, LLC, which it said acquired the companies.
