Peregrine Semi Adds to Board

San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor announced this week that it has appointed Alan (Lanny) Ross to its board of directors. Ross was most recently President and CEO of Broadcom, where is continues to serve on its board. Ross also served as president of Rockwell International's Telecommunications Group and has chaired the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). Peregrine is developing advanced RF CMOS integrated circuits for the handheld and wireless markets.
