Peregrine Semi Ramps Production

San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor, the developer of radio-frequency integrated circuits (RFICs), is ramping the production of its RF switching products, according to the firm and its fab, MagnaChip Semiconductor. The two said that MagnaChip has ramped Peregrine's RF switch products to mass production on MagnaChip's UltraCMOS SOS Silicon-On-Sapphire (SOS) technology. The two have been working together since mid-2007.
