San Diego-based Qualcomm said Friday that it has hired Donald J. Rosenberg as the firm's Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Rosenberg joined the firm from Apple, where he held the same position. Rosenberg has also served at IBM. Rosenberg was replaced by Oracle General Counsel Daniel Cooperman on Friday.
