Qualcomm Lobs Another Lawsuit At Apple

San Diego-based Qualcomm has lobbed another lawsuit against Apple, as the two continue to battle it out over Qualcomm's royalties. According to the new lawsuit, which was filed on Wednesday, Qualcomm accused Apple for improperly sharing confidential documentation from the company with Intel, and also claims Apple refused a request to audit its handling of Qualcomm's software. The lawsuit comes ad a recent report says Apple is planning to remove all Qualcomm chips from future iPhones, if possible.
