Irvine-based Quality Systems, the developer of healthcare information systems, reported this morning that it has acquired a provider of electronic data interchange (EDI) products, ViaTrack Systems. Financial terms ofthe deal were not announced. ViaTrack is based in Augusta, Georgia, and provides EDI services for the healthcare industry.
