Irvine-based Quality Systems, a provider of practice management and electronic health records software, said today that it has acquired Matrix Management Solutions, a reseller of revenue cycle management and electronic health records products. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Matrix Management Solutions was based in North Canton, Ohio, and provided healthcare IT solutions, revenue cycle management services, and other services to physicians and physician groups.
