Santa Monica-based RampRate said that it has named Barry Patmore to its Board of Advisors. The firm negotiates IT outsourcing process for clients. Patmore previously served at Accenture, was a venture partner at Brentwood Venture Capital, and served as interim CIO at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. He is on the Board of QAD and LetsTalk.
