Santa Monica-based RampRate (www.ramprate.com) said that it has expanded its customer board of advisors. Cecilia Claudio, former CIO of Zurich Financial Services, will join the advisory board. She was also SVP and CIO of Farmers Insurance Group, and Anthem Inc. RampRate is an IT outsourcing advisor, helping companies to negotiate IT services contracts such as co-location and hosting.
