Westlake Village-based Homestore.com's Realtor.com business unit has entered into a marketing agreement with a subsidiary of Cendant Corp. NRT will tap Realtor.com's marketing and advertising capabilities. NRT operates residential real estate brokerages in 35 major metropolitan markets in the US and the UK, under the names Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby's International Realty, Corcoran Group, and the Sunshine Group. NRT's real estate listings on Realtor.com will feature enhanced listing and appears as "Featured Home" and "Features Company". Terms were not disclosed.
