Renesan, Visionex In Merger, Investment Deal

Rancho Santa Margarita-based Renesan, and Green Bay, Wisconsin-based Visionex said today that the two software companies are in a merger and investment deal. The two companies both provide cloud-based software for dialysis clinics. The companies said the deal was backed by a majority investment from The Brydon Group. Financial details of the merger and investment were not announced. The companies said Renesan founder and CEO Neeraj Sinha will serve as President of the combined company with Visonex founder and CEO Dr. John Hartman serving as Executive Advisor to the incoming CEO Chris Sigala.
