Revver Upgrades Video Sharing Service

Los Angeles-based Revver said yesterday that it has released the latest version of the firm's web site, calling its upgrade Revver 2.0. According to the company, the new site includes a more intuitive user interface, new community tools, and additional opportunities for advertisers. Among the enhancement to the site are widgets, ability to post videos in response to other videos, contact lists and a dashboard, along with ability of advertisers to sponsor specific video collections. Revver is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Comcast Interactive Capital, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Draper Richards, and Turner New Media.
