RightSignature Acquired by Citrix

Santa Barbara-based RightSignature, which develops cloud-based, electronic signature software, has been acquired by Citrix, Citrix announced Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Citrix said the buy will help it expand its Citrix ShareFile product. RightSignature's team will join Citrix as part of the buy. RightSignature was founded by Daryl Bernstein.
