Ripple Teams With SeeSaw Networks

El Segundo-based Ripple, which operates a network of information screens at retail locations, and Bay Area-based SeeSaw Networks said Thursday that the two are in an advertising sales partnership. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. According to the two firms, the agreement adds more than 2,000 Ripple screens to SeeSaw's home advertising inventory. SeeSaw operates an advertising network focused on digital signage. Ripple operates information screens which display content from CBS, Reuters, Yahoo, E! Entertainment and others in Borders, CBS, Jack in the Box, Juice it Up!, Robek’s, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Tully’s Coffee. Ripple is venture backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Trinity Ventures; SeeSaw is backed by Sutter Hill Ventures.
