Santa Barbara-based Roaming Messenger said this week that it has added ROAM-IT, a provider of electronic patient care record solutions, as a partner. The two will enter into a business development alliance to use Roaming Messenger's technology in the ROAM-IT solution. Roaming Messenger's technoloyg is used for delivering data over wired and wireless devices. The ROAM-IT solution provides portable access to medical records and patient care reports.
