Rocket Lab Rolls Out New Satellite Products

Long Beach-based Rocket Lab USA, which provides small satellite launch services, says it has released two new products aimed at the small satellite market. According to the company, it has released a new "interplanetary radio" and a reaction wheel, which are both components needed for small satellite missions. The company's radio is an X-band RF transceiver which it says lets small satellites reach beyond low earth orbit (LEO); and the "reaction wheel" is a component which is used for attitude control in spacecraft.
