Westlake Village-based Row 44, the developer of in-flight wireless broadband access equipment, has inked a deal to stream in-flight video on demand from Disney, Warner Bros., Universal, and Twentieth Century FOX, the firm said Monday. According to Row 44, it will provide access to a library of movies and television episodes in-flight from the studios, including such movies as Avatar, Harry Potter, Inception, and Toy Story. Financial details of the partnerships were not announced. Row 44 is the in-flight wireless provider for Southwest Airlines. The deal comes just a couple of weeks after a deal announced with MLB to stream live games via the in-flight broadband service.
