    RoyaltyShare Buys Broad Street Digital


    San Diego-based RoyaltyShare, which develops software-as-a-service for managing digital royalties for the music industry, announced today that it has acquired Broad Street Digital Limited, a developer of a digital content licensing management platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. RoyaltyShare said it is buying Broad Street Digital Limited from Arbinet-thexchange, inc., a provider of products for managing the buying and selling of telecommunications capacity. Broad Street develops Rightsrouter, a digital content licensing platform used for content delivery by record labels. RoyaltyShare is venture backed by William Morris Agency, Trident Capital and Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments.
