Semtech Launches New Line of ICs

Camarillo-based Semtech, which develops analog and mixed signal semiconductors, said today that it has launched a new set of integrated circuits aimed at providing capacitive touch sensing for home appliances and consumer electronics. The company said its new SX95xx platform is aimed at "green" home appliances, such as LCD TVs and monitors, automotive, consumer products, and more.
