Aliso Viejo-based Sequent Medical, a firm focused on medical devices for treating neurovascular disease, said Thursday that it has raised $15.6M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Domain Associates, and also included Versant Ventures and US Venture Partners. As part of the funding, the company said that Domain's Nimesh Shah joins the company's board of directors. Sequent's technology is focused on treatment of cerebral aneurysms. More information »
