ServerFarm Expands In Europe, Acquires Data Center In Amsterdam

Los Angeles-based data center developer and operator ServerFarm said today that it is expanding in Europe, and has acquired a new data center in Amsterdam. The data center operator said the new facility in Amsterdam includes 194,000 square feet, and is located in the Amsterdam city center. ServerFarm did not say how much it is investing in acquiring the data center, which will be the company's second major European location. The company also has a big data center in London ServerFarm is led by CEO Avner Papouchado.
