SetPoint Medical Names VP

Valencia-based SetPoint Medical announced this morning that it has named Terry Bevirt as its new Vice President of Clinical Affairs. Bevirt was previously Senior Director, Head of Clinical Operations at Armagen, and also served at Amgen and Abbott Laboratories. SetPoint said Ms. Bevirt has more than 20 years of experience. SetPoint is venture backed by Morgenthaler Ventures, NEA, Topspin Partners, Medtronic, GlaxoSmithKline’s Action Potential Venture Capital Limited and Boston Scientific.
