Siemer Summit 2015 Announced, Tim Draper To Keynote
The Siemer Summit, the invite-only conference which has been organized by technology investment banking firm Siemer & Associates for the last four years, is returning this year, according to the firm. According to Siemer & Associates, this year's conference, the Siemer Summit 2015, will be held from October 13th to 14th, and will feature Tim Draper as the keynote speaker. This time, the event is being held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, rather than Santa Monica, where the event had been held in prior years.
The firm also said that other speakers will include Thomas Gewecke of Warner Bros. Entertainment, Rick Stollmeyer of MINDBODY, Mahi de Silva of Opera Mediaworks, and Andy Cohen of Citrix Systems. Siemer says that this year's summit will also feature more than 100 companies who will present details on their companies, and also included awards provided to the most promising companies at the event.
The Siemer Summit has become one of the biggest investment conferences in Los Angeles, where companies pitch their businesses to venture capital and private equity investors, and where they has tended to be a very large, high quality population of local, Silicon Valley, and even international investors in attendance. Last year's conference was well over capacity, and the investment bank even had to deal with a number of conference crashers, who were desperate to gain access to the event.
