SignNow Acquired By Barracuda Networks
Newport Beach-based SignNow, a developer of mobile signature capture and document storage services, has been acquired by Barracuda Networks. SignNow was venture backed by Khosla Ventures and the Tech Coast Angels. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Barracuda Networks said the acquisition will help it strengthen its offerings in the cloud data storage market. SignNow's software runs on the iPhone, and iPad, and allows users to collect electronic signatures for agreements. The company raised $2M in funding back in March of 2012. SignNow was headed by Chris Hawkins.
