SmartDrive Sets New Sales VP

San Diego-based driver monitoring systems provider SmartDrive Systems announced this morning that it has named Michael Baker as its new Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Baker has previously served at Navman Wireless, Qualcomm Omnitracs and HighwayMaster, along with Saunders Cash Control, Trendar and Fleet Control Services American Express. SmartDrive said that Baker has 20 years of experience in the technology, trucking, and construction industries to the company. SmartDrive Systems develops video analysis and telematics products for the fleet and transit market.
