Sonos Connects To IFTTT

Want your Sonos music system to automatically play music when you get home, or for the color of your smart lights to change when the song does? Sonos has announced that its connected whole-home music players are now connected into the IFTTT service, a service which allows users to connect a wide range of devices and websites together. According to Sonos, the new link to IFTTT comes thanks to its new open API, the Sonos Sound Platform, which it announced last week. Sonos said that actions available for its devices include basic playback control, pause/resume/next/previous, and volume controls, as well as playing specific tracks, playlists, or artists.
