Specific Media Appoints Bordages General Counsel

Irvine-based Specific Media, the online advertising network run by Tim Vanderhook, announced today that it has named Drew Bordages as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Bordages joins the company from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Specific Media said that Bordages will focus on its data protection and privacy efforts, in addition to managing the company's global legal affairs. Bordages was Specific Media's outside council prior to joining the company.
