San Diego-based St. Bernard Software has completed its acquisition of Singlefin, the firm said Tuesday. Singlefin is a provider of hosted email and web filtering services. St. Bernard provides software for SMBs in the security space. The firm announced the acquisition earlier this month. No terms were disclosed.
