StrongMail Adds VPs

Los Angeles-based StrongMail Systems (www.strongmail.com) has added Joe Askew as VP Sales, and Shirish Puranik as EVP Engineering and Product. Askew was most recently at Inxight, and also served at Trusted Information Systems. Puranik was most recently at @Road, and also was at Oracle.
