Encinitas-based SUPER HEAT Games, a developer of skateboard-themed collectible trading card games, announced this morning that it has raised $1.6M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Diamond Ridge Ventures and DFJ Frontier. As part of the funding, the firm said that Josh Swartz of Diamond Ridge and Scott Lenet of DFJ Frontier will join the firm's board.
