SystemWare Acquired by Defense Integrator CACI

Camarillo-based SystemWare, a provider of signals acquisition and analysis systems used for cyber security, has been acquired by defense integrator CACI International. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Both SystemWare and CACI serve the Department of Defense, intelligence, and other federal agencies. CACI said that SystemWare had revenues of $16M for calendar year 2009. SystemWare was advised by Santa Monica-based Mentor Capital in the deal.
