The firm said it has added Rich Battista, former president of National Cable Networks for Fox and Gemstar TV Guide International to its board; appointed Shannon Ludovissy, former GM of Rotten Tomatoes, and Assaf Tarnopolsky as co-presidents; and named Barb Dybwad, former Mashable and Engadget senior editor, as head of content.
