TechSpace Signs Long Term Lease In OC

Aliso Viejo-based TechSpace, a provider of office space and IT services to the technology industry, said this week that it has signed a long term lease on its 65 and 75 Enterprise facilities in Aliso Viejo. The lease for the two buildings, which are popular with Orange County startups and technology businesses, runs through 2017. TechSpace now operates office space in a number of locations in New York and Boston, in addition to its Orange County location. TechSpace started out as Enfrastructure, a firm funded in part by Buy.com Scott Blum, with an initial focus on incubating startups; the firm now serves as a provider of flexible office space.
