Terratech Names Ex-PriceGrabber Exec As President

Seal Beach-based Terratech, a developer of soil stabilization and other eco-friendly products for road construction, dust control, and soil erosion projects, has named Ron LaPierre as president of the firm. LaPierre is the former President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Business Development at PriceGrabber.com, and was also at Overture/GoTo.com and Disney. LaPierre is also an active investor, most recently having been an advisor to Milo.com, the shopping comparison engine acquired by eBay in December.
