Tetra Tech Acquires RPS Group

Pasadena-based consulting and engineering services provider Tetra Tech announced last week that it has agreed to acquire RPS Group plc, a UK-based company providing consulting services. Tetra Tech says it will pay 222 pence per share of RPS Group. Tetra Tech said the acquisition will "significantly expand" its water practice in the United Kingdo
