Los Angeles-based The Rubicon Project said today that it has launched its online advertising services site. The firm said that online service will provide website optimization of advertising networks, and is targeted at helping companies generate cash from their site. The new services are available for free to website publishers. The firm is headed by the team which developed L90's adMonitor software.
