Agoura Hills-based THQ, a developer of interactive entertainment software, said this week that it has appointed Jeffrey Griffiths to its board of directors. The appointment expands THQ's board to six seats. Griffiths was most recently president and CEO of Electronics Boutique holdings, a retailer of entertainment software that recently merged with GameStop.
