Los Angeles-based Total Immersion, the developer of augmented reality software headed by Bruno Uzaan, is further ramping up its recruitment of resellers. The firm said today that it has added immediaC, a Halifax, Nova Scotia marketing and technology agency, as a member of its reseller network. Total Immersion said that immediaC has been using its technology for a "virtual dressing room" which allows users to find and try on virtual garments, before buying the real product. Total Immersion just kicked off its efforts to recruit value added resellers to help the firm reach vertical markets in North America. Total Immersion's software allows users to interact with software and multimedia, in real time, via webcam.
