TP Link Rolls Out Robot Vacuum and Mop

Consumer electronics manufacturer TP-Link--which has its U.S. headquarters in Brea, California--rolled out a new robot vacuum cleaner and mop this week, which it had announced earlier this year at CES. According to TP-Link, its Tapo RV10 is a combination robotic vacuum cleaner and mop, using "zigzag path planning", control via an app, auto-charging, and more. The new device costs $250. TP-Link runs its U.S. business out of Brea, with sales, marketing and product management locally, but design, manufacturing, and other operations are in China and Hong Kong.
