Tryarc Acquired By The Revere Group

Los Angeles-based IT consulting firm Tryarc, LLC has been acquired by The Revere Group, the firms said this morning. According to The Revere Group, a Chicago-based business and technology consulting firm, it has acquired Tryarc to better service the companies in the western U.S. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. As a result of the merger, the firm said that approximately 100 employees of Tryarc will join Revere. Tryarc is a provider of custom software development, IT consulting, and other services. The Revere Group is a unit of NTT Data.
