Ubiquity TV, a new company which is based in Newport Beach with operations in Silver Spring, Maryland, announced today that it has made a beta available of the firm's user-generated TV software platform. The company is targeting the distribution and creation of live, broadcast-quality television through its anyON software. Ubiquity TV is looking to provide peer-to-peer distribution of user-generated video content.
