United Online Hires CFO From ValueClick

Woodland Hills-based United Online, the Internet Service Provider that operates the NetZero and Juno Internet access services, said Thursday afternoon that it has appointed Scott H. Ray as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer. Ray joins United Online from ValueClick, where he served as its CFO. Ray has also served at OpenTV, Silicon Valley Bancshares, Bay View Capital, Coopers & Lybrand, and Price Waterhouse. Separately, but in a related move, Westlake Village-based ValueClick announced Thursday that it has promoted John Pitstick to CFO, filling the position vacated by Ray. Pitstick has been at ValueClick since 2005, and was previously at Ernst & Young.
