Santa Barbara-based ValueClick (www.valueclick.com) announced that John Locke has been appointed VP of Engineering at its Commission Junction subsidiary. Locke will lead Commission Junction's technology development efforts. Locke was most recently a business consultant, and prior to that was VP of Engineering at PulsePoint, a company which was acquired by Unisys. Locke is also on the faculty of the University of Phoenix.
