Westlake Village-based ValueClick said today that it has partnered with LucidMedia, a provider of contextual analysis for online advertising. According to ValueClick, it will use the partnership to enable enhanced contextualization services within its online advertising platforms. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. ValueClick said the agreement comes after a period of integration, deployment, and testing of LucidMedia's technology. LucidMedia's technology is used for advertising management and targeting, for both direct response and brand advertising campaigns.
