Irvine-based Vangard Voice Systems, a developer of applications to enable enterprise applications, has score a win with the U.S. Forestry Service, the firm reported. According to the USFS contract details, Vangard is providing the firm with software and services to enable a mobile application for timber management. The deal is worth less than $100,000. Vangard is headed by Bob Bova.
