Rancho Santa Margarita-based Vanguard Voice Systems, and a mobile application provider, Orange-based Avance Solutions, said today that Avance will use Vanguard's voice recognition technology in its products. Avance develops mobile applications used by companies for data capture. The firm will tap Vanguard's software for offering voice recognition as a method of data input. Vanguard Voice develops middleware for speech recognition.
