    Verari Adds $20M


    San Diego-based Verari Systems announced today that it has completed a round of funding worth over $20M, in a round led by Carlyle Venture Partners. Other investors in the round included Voyager Capital, Sierra Ventures, and an unnamed strategic investor. Verari develops blade-based computing and storage devices. The firm said the funding will be used to bring its next generation of servers and storage to market, and to further research and development.
