WebMetro Acquired By TeleTech

San Dimas-based WebMetro, a search marketing and digital marketing agency, has been acquired by TeleTech Holdings, the two said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to the companies, WebMetro will become part of TeleTech's Customer Growth Services division, Revana. TeleTech is a large provier of customer service outsourcing to companies. The two said they expect the deal to be complete in August. According to both companies, WebMetro founder Carlos Ugalde will continue to lead the business.
