Irvine-based WebVisible, the provider of local online marketing software for small and medium sized businesses, said Wednesday that it has enhanced its technology platform, adding new mobile optimized landing pages, use of Amazon Cloud Front for video, and expanded listings in business directories. WebVisible said the mobile landing pages will make it easier for consumers to find local results from their mobile phones, and the use of Amazon Cloud Front will provide "near-instant" load of complex content, including videos. Cloud Front is Amazon's content delivery network (CDN) offering. WebVisible said the changes are being rolled out to its customers over the next 90 days. WebVisible's online marketing products are sold through a channel sales deal with Yellow Pages directory firms; its products help local business place online search marketing ads.
