Zumbox In Deal With Outsourcer

Westlake Village-based Zumbox, the provider of paperless billing and delivery systems run by John Payne, has inked a deal with 3i Infotech, a business process outsourcing firm focused on billing and payment handling. According to 3i Infotech, it has partnered with Zumbox to allow 3i's clients to send electronic bills and other customer communications via Zumbox's system. Financial details of the partnership were not announced. 3i said it is focused on companies looking to manage the costs and requirements of billing and payment channels. Payne is the former CEO of Stamps.com.
